Beyond the cities listed, project work is still covered by assigning a team from the nearest base. Maintenance response times are measured from that base and stated in the contract.

- Served from Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya. Fastest maintenance response times.
- Kalimantan
- Served from the Balikpapan base, with local spare stock for radio and CCTV.
- Sulawesi
- Served from the Makassar base for project work and scheduled maintenance.
- Sumatra
- Served from the Medan base, with additional teams assigned from Jakarta for larger projects.
