The rollout was staged zone by zone so production kept running throughout installation.
The scope covered 120 camera positions across six zones, from the main gate and loading bays to production lines and the raw material warehouse. The main challenge was not the number of positions but the fact that the plant had to keep producing throughout.
The team split the work zone by zone and scheduled it outside peak production hours. Each zone was completed, tested, and handed over before the team moved to the next. That kept the area disrupted on any given day down to a single zone.
The whole job finished nine days ahead of the contract schedule, complete with cable route diagrams and camera numbering handed to the plant engineering team.
