Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what comes up most often early on, from how the survey works to what sits inside a maintenance contract.

Before we start

No. The initial survey and consultation are free, including when the outcome is us advising that you do not need to replace anything yet.

For small to mid-size work, a quote follows three to five working days after the survey. Work involving frequency licensing takes longer, and we say so up front.

Yes. Although we cover nine service lines, there is no obligation to take all of them. Many clients start with one and add later.

During delivery

Usually not. Work is split by zone or by floor and scheduled outside peak hours. Where a step genuinely needs downtime, we state the duration and agree it before work begins.

One project coordinator is assigned to each project and is your single point of contact, from scheduling through to close.

Not necessarily. We can install equipment you procure yourself, provided we check the specification first so it suits the conditions on site.

After handover

Topology diagrams, point numbering, an asset list with serial numbers, and the testing history. All of it is yours, including if you change vendor later.

Installation is warranted for twelve months. Hardware warranty follows each manufacturer’s terms and is stated in the handover record.

No. Without one, repair requests are handled subject to team availability, while clients on a contract are served against the written response time.
