The panel was prepared off site to keep warehouse downtime as short as possible.
The assembled panel was prepared and tested at the workshop first, so on-site work was reduced to disconnection, installation, and final testing. Total warehouse downtime came to eleven hours, all of it on a Sunday.
The rollout was staged zone by zone so production kept running throughout installation.
