Distribution panel replacement over one weekend
Replacing a warehouse main panel with the shortest possible downtime.
What Made It Hard
The warehouse main panel was past its service life and no longer had circuit documentation. Replacing it meant cutting power to the whole warehouse, while operations ran six days a week on a tight dispatch schedule.
How We Handled It
The panel was assembled and fully tested at the workshop over the preceding four weeks, including labelling every circuit. That left three things to do on site: disconnect, install, and final testing. All of it was scheduled on a Sunday, the one day the warehouse does not operate.
